the funny thing about happiness is that it’s an inside job. far too often we seek it externally: through other people, material things, the next vacation, or the next promotion…but the more we seek outside of ourselves, the more you will find yourself disappointed. instead of postponing happiness with “I will be happy once ‘X’ happens”, choose to look within and consciously decide to be happy today with where you are, who you are, and what you have at this very moment. only then, will you discover the real richness of life and realize that: happiness has been with you all along.

Thank you for sharing such uplifting insights about happiness! I particularly enjoyed the emphasis on finding joy in small moments. It reminds me of similar themes I found at idols of ash, where they explore how our daily choices impact well-being. It’s all interconnected!
