“We are happiest when we managed to touch people with our music.” You can definitely not get around Hamburg Electronic duo Digitalism. In 2007 their debut album “Idealism” was a big success all over the world and since then they are still on the road of fame. Jens “Jence Moelle and Ismail” Isi “Tüfekçi, make music with passion. And with their new single “Wolves” featuring Youngblood Hawke they pursue a kind of new direction. But one thing has remained the same. The track tells a story with great emotions. And for that, we love them. Enjoy an exclusive playlist they did for us and fall in love with their new video.
What is a typical day in the life of Digitalism?
There are no typical days in our lives.

The city of Los Angeles and our management.
Long time ago: Your memories on “Idealism” ?
There was a point where we had the mastering studio booked and had to jump on a flight to London at 7am but we were still working on ‘Pogo’ and a few other bits of the album until 6am in the studio. It was very tight.
Hamburg on a rainy day?
People from Hamburg would say “Schietwetter” then. – Let’s talk “Hamburg on a sunny day”: It’s amazing, like, the whole city is one big park. Very green and water everywhere.
I read: “We’re like Ying and Yang! So who is who? :)
Roles change but Jence sometimes is the person who would prefer the baddies.
Your secret is: Learn the basics first.
You are happiest when: ..we managed to touch people with our music.
