When I listened to the song Concepts for the first time I sort of felt this immediate calmness as well as this nostalgic feeling of regaining something I had almost lost inside. Probably it´s this fantastic mix of different sounds and genres, that result into a musical piece that feels like one of those timeless compositions.
Antimatter People’s new music video sees an isolated warrior escaping the fabricated world and seeking truths in nature’s presence. We follow him on a journey as he encounters the strange and the visceral. Directed by band member Elliott Arndt, this music video is a visually-arresting cinematic exploration which raises the level of Antimatter People’s already stunning visual and sonic ambition.
The origins of modern psychedelic five-piece Antimatter People came from the mind of musician and songwriter Yehan Jehan, who has been composing songs under the moniker Antimatter People since 2005. Yehan, born into a musical family in London, began to write music in a make- shift studio he’d set-up himself in his bedroom, which can only be described as an emporium of musical wonders. Antimatter People’s sound takes a refreshing approach to rock psychedelia. Taking influences from classical music, rock, hip hop beats, and film composition, Antimatter People have developed an eclectic and incredibly accomplished sound for a band so early on in their career. Prepare for them to completely blow you away.
