The Wave of Change Series continues with breathtaking beauty Anna F. from models1 photographed by Ola Ajani and filmed by Beppe Gallo.
What is the perfect size/ Is there such a thing as the perfect size? “To me there is a perfect size ; it’s the size you feel happy and comfortable with and also that size that your body is healthy with. The model industry is starting to change, is so much more then just being pretty now days. To be it’s about showing more personally and even being a role model. Which gives more room to different people and different sizes. Personally I believe a very healthy approach is significant in being happy and comfortable and it’s important to eat healthy and keep physically healthy and fit as this improves the quality of life. You’ve only got one body and whatever size it is you need to take care of it, just because you’re skinny doesn’t mean that you’re healthy and vice versa. I often get the “how can you be a curve model” question due to my dimensions as I’m much smaller up top than below but that works for me because I know me and I’ve worked with it and owned it. I’ve learnt to be comfortable in my skin and my body and it’s opened doors for me, I don’t look up to others for having different bodies but I appreciate the variety. You’re born with your own features so be proud of that! I don’t believe that being a model it’s just about your size, of course it’s good to have the “right” size for a job but at the end of the day I think its more about being the best version of yourself and embrace it. So I’d encourage people to be healthy, learn to accept themselves and embrace what they are, that to me is the mindset which gives you the perfect size.”
