A melodic twist of synths and guitar riffs Mar dives deep into the heart and soul of R&B. Mixing a diverse pathway of music that soothingly melts in your ears as the beautiful vocals take a hold, this artistic statement is both mellifluous and pure.
Sounds created for fantasies, the third EP of Dutch-based artist, Mar, titled “When We Meet’, explores deep into the corners of sexual healing thought of as the promise land. Think funk meets rock encircled with R&B exemplifying The Weekend, Michael Jackson, and Prince, all mixed with love.

Mar has been patiently cultivating his craft, growing up on a houseboat in the tranquil canals of Amsterdam, which has dripped a slew of seductive late-night bedroom anthems narrating tales of unadulterated sensuality. Throughout this six-track offering, Mar puts his talents on display and establishes his heartfelt tenor through an understanding of harmony and texture, and a talent for visually descriptive lyrics.
