An artist capable of blending rhythm and sound from the 7 world continents, Blanco aka Savant (real name Aleksander Vinter) spans a diverse catalog of music. Called “a shapeshifter of music” by DJ MAG and “a shaman of the digital age” by Huffington Post, one never knows what to expect from this composer of outstanding merit. Be sure to catch the first Blanco EP, titled Bajo, and listen as you’re transported to cultures away from home.
Intro by Mike Greene
How is this upcoming Blanco EP different from other’s you’ve created in the past? This is stuff that I consider to be Dance where the focus is on the rhythm and punch vs. the design and melodies I have focused on before.
Which song was your favorite to work on? The new one is always my favorite. There is always that drive to do the next one better, harder, something more.
Did you do anything creatively different on this specific song compared with others? Each song is it’s own space. Blanco is all about the dance floor vs. Savant who is about the mind floor.
In listening to the EP I’m hearing a type of Jamaican, almost ritualistic/tribalistic vibe from some songs and then a horn and drum based in others – was there a certain sound you were going for? I really wanted to get the feeling from the Caribbean islands and mix it up with the hard dance stuff. It’s something I would love to see more of. There are a lot of guys making some moves on this sound, Wiwek, for example has been pushing some crazy sounds.

The term Savant recounts from the ability to create “far in excess of what would be considered normal” as noted by all the albums you have released. How do you manage to release so much music and still maintain a high level perfection? I wouldn’t consider it perfection just yet. That would mean I am done. Music is very important to me. I always feel that I have to be making something to feel useful. I am just taking advantage of my skills to do as much work as possible but without feeling like anything but my muse or what I believe I want to accomplish with whatever I am working on.
Going back to your name, what inspired you to go under this alias aside from going off the term of the syndrome itself? Besides the connection, the name just looked good to me. The letters look good together and for the most part the meaning is simple to understand. I liked the V in the middle and my last name is Vinter, which I really want people to figure out in their own way.
Your music and cover art depict a very video game 8-bit atmosphere. Are there any specific video games or inspirations that fuel this specific art style? Games have been a part of my life like millions of others. It is just the context of what is around me. For some of Savant’s music I was inspired by Koji Kondo, who made a lot of those Nintendo bangers.
Are there any artists that you wish to collaborate with in the future? It depends on if they see the same future as I do. ;)
All things aside what are your hopes for your future as an artist? To keep making as much of it as I can.

A diverse music playlist can be as varied as the selection of games on a crypto casino. Every song does indeed create its unique atmosphere, just as every game on Tower.bet provides a distinct experience. Delving into the https://tower.bet/en-gb/cogwheel games, you may discover each has its own theme and vibe, which can be akin to enjoying different tunes based on your mood or the space you want to create for your gaming session.
