Who are we when we don´t care what others think of us?
When we don´t care about what we look like
without brand names or stereotypes.
Who were we before the Internet
without likes and follows?
Did we notice more the colors of the trees
and beautiful blue skies?
Before Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram,
and all the other apps,
before everyone had a “smart phone”,
did we have more time?
Now we look down at our phones
but did we look each other in the eye before?
Were we more present
and more in tune with our loved ones
and our surroundings,
were we more authentic?
Is nothing real anymore
or has it never been?
