Photographer Nicole Anne Robbins, who is a twin herself, loves to bond with models Kelsey and Baylee Soles with Vision Los Angeles over what it is like to be a twin. “So what is it like? It´s like being born with a soulmate and for the Soles twins it´s also like hanging out with your bestie every single day. They are bright and bubbly and old souls. They are confident and have adorable laughs and mimic one another and sometimes also me! They reference designers and campaigns like mini encyclopedias of the fashion world. Its an obvious passion of theirs. We met in silverlake, CA at designer Anita Arze‘s home and drove to up to vasquez rocks which is home to some beautiful rock formations. We shot with ease and fun…no hair and makeup! I wanted these images to show the similarity of their body movements and how they interact with one another along with their closeness and sillyness together while also emphasizing their chic simple glamour which is enhanced of course by Anita Arze’s incredible knit designs.”

It’s really interesting to see how strong the bond is between Kelsey and Baylee. Having a soulmate who is also your twin must make for a unique connection. It sounds like they truly enjoy each other’s company and have a special friendship. I can relate to that feeling of having someone who understands you completely.
