Allah-Las brings back an almost lost romance, a flower-power feeling and those summer days that we will always remember.

We raffle 1 x 2 Allah-Las tickets for their Berlin concert (02.11.2016/ Postbahnhof) where they present their new album Calico Review. Just send us an email to contact at c-heads.com with the subject Allah-Las, tell us your full name and hopefully you´ll be joining us on a great concert night! Raffle ends on the 27th of October and the winner will be notified via email.

“What we are most proud of? The fact that we’re even doing this, I suppose. We never expected it.” Allah-Las humbly answers in an interview with the Clash Magazine. The outstanding Los Angeles band, with its band members Pedrum Siadatian (vocals/lead guitar), Miles Michaud (vocals/rhythm guitar), Matthew Coreia (vocals/drum), and Spencer Dunham (vocals/bass) was formed in 2008 while three of them were working at the Amoeba Music record store. Their passion of music has brought them together and ultimately led into the making of a sound that is timeless and heartwarming. A sound that brings back an almost lost romance, a flower-power feeling and those summer days that we will always remember. Allah-Las have recently released their topping new album “Calico Review”, that was recorded in the historic L.A. Valentine Recording Studio. Adding instruments such as violin, harpsichord, and Mellotron to their sound, the twelve songs on Calico Review reflect the band´s feeling of freedom, grit and melancholy. “When listening to it we want people to feel a sense of mystery, followed by a sense of dread, followed by a sense of confusion, followed by a sense of solace.”

Hello from Berlin! I love freedom, travelling, long train rides, Stefan Zweig books, cats, colours, writing postcards, music, and movies à la Woody Allen and Wes Anderson. What makes me really happy is the seaside, sunrises and sunsets and having lots of time!
