“Hell on Wheels” takes us back on a time travel to the New York Underground in the years between 1977 – 1984. Swiss photographer Willy Spiller, who lived there at that time, captured what he observed as someone seeing the city with the eyes of a foreigner. “It´s the period of the first rap music, graffiti, The Warriors in the cinema, Guardian Angels on the trains and Ed Koch in charge of a broke and crime-ridden city. “With a foreword by Tobia Bezzola the 120 pages book is published via Sturm & Drang publishers. And we are over the moon already with this little sneak peak.
