“Sleep when you’re dead”
“These are all 35mm film colour pictures I took during one of my last days of vacation in my home-town at the sea side. There’s this little luna park where we go to at least once every summer. At about 1 am we just decided to head over there. These are some of the most candid pictures I’ve ever taken, there were all those twinkling lights, loud music, us, and our lust for life. If the film had been infinite would have never stopped to immortalize those moments.”
“Before the dawn”
“I started this series when once me and my friend Lorenza decided to stay up all night waiting for the sunrise. We stayed out in the city all night long, talking, listening to music, taking pictures and enjoying the sounds of the city waking up. I really loved that time, so now I propose to do the same with all my friends! These photos were taken in Bologna and Milan, also all analogic shots. We felt free, with no one around, just us, the fresh air, no time, just the nature, for a short time.”
