Once you stumble over Pam we are pretty sure you get addicted. The young vegan lover spreads pure beauty, a yen for healthy food and some pretty wise views on life.
You say that you are a feminist so I´d like to start about that topic.
In my opinion the term of „feminism“ within the Western society is being used almost like a „trend- accessories“ with sometimes changing its initial good purpose into something a little self-centered and ideologic while forgetting to really help the women that are in need of feminism. So f.e. while even a lot of popular people these days constantly speak out about feminism, you hardly ever hear anyone talking about those places and women who do not even have the basic rights of freedom of their bodies – such as when it comes to female genital cutting, child marriages, children forced to wear hijabs at the age of 7…(here is an example: www.facebook.com/StealthyFreedom)
Thinking that those issues still happen (and increase worldwide) in the 21st century are just so schocking to me and I wonder why there is not more support from Western feminist women. How do you feel about that and how do you think we could all work more on those issues in order to give those women a voice and empower them and help them to gain freedom?
I feel like there are three major problems with that. 1. We aren’t educated enough, so we don’t really know what is going on. 2. As you said, not enough people are talking about it And 3. People are too scared to talk about it. I personally learned about feminism through social media. Not through school or my parents. I feel that’s where the problem begins. We are stuck in school for 12 years and we are never taught anything about feminism, self love or what really is happening in other parts of the world. Not enough people are talking about the topic and that’s why not many people know about what really is going on. So many teenagers are also scared to call themselves “feminist” as they aren’t (once again) fully educated on the topic, which makes them scared of being judged by others. What we should do is simply show people the truth and educate them better on the feminism topic.
Your video about self-love is really inspiring. Have you always loved yourself or was there a different period in your life? And if so, what made you start loving yourself?
Yes. When I was younger I used to hate the way I looked. I always compared myself to very skinny and photoshopped girls on social media and pretty much developed a eating disorder through that. One day I met someone that taught me and helped me to find myself. I changed my environment and surrounded myself with positive people, I stopped comparing myself to other girls and focused on my own health and happiness. I started eating right and doing things that make me happy. I realised how important it is to love yourself in this negative and destructive world.
“Some people simply haven’t been taught that a woman’s purpose is so much more than just give pleasure to a man. I want men to know that our body is not yours and we can do whatever we like with it.”
You also support #freethenipple. Totally agree with you on this one, it makes no sense that for a woman not the same is allowed as for a man. In your opinion, how come that women are still often sexualized by society – be it in one form in the Western parts of the world, and in another form in very religious places? And how will humankind ever be able to get over that?
Some people sadly still think that a women’s purpose is to pleasure a man. That we only dress nice to impress men. That we only wear makeup to appear more beautiful in a man´s eye. That we #freethenipple to gain more attention from men etc. That however is not the case. Some people simply haven’t been taught that a woman’s purpose is so much more than just give pleasure to a man. I want men to know that our body is not yours and we can do whatever we like with it. We march for our own freedom, because we are tired of being objectified and sexualised. We are tired of being called a slut by doing things that men get praised for. We are not your possession.
How much time are you spending on social media?
Sometimes a little too much.
Which person do you love most at the moment?
I want to say myself but I’ve always put others before me. I’d have to say my boyfriend Pasha, because he keeps up with my crazy mood swings.
“I stopped comparing myself to other girls and focused on my own health and happiness. I started eating right and doing things that make me happy. I realised how important it is to love yourself in this negative and destructive world.”
How important are friends for you?
I have always been a lone wolf. Always only had 1 or two friends. It can be hard for me to trust people, as I just got fucked over so many times. Friends are cool but you don’t need too many.

My booty Workout hah! 15 Squats, 20 Lunges, 20 Calve Raises, 20 Glute Bridges, 10 Side Squats, 15 Pulse Squats … Repeat 4x
What do you expect from life?
Nothing. I live in the moment. Enjoying the current moments, situations and relationships which are thrown at me. If you worry too much about what your life will become you are not living, you are rather, existing.
Where do you see yourself in the future?
In a happy place. Surrounded by a person that loves me and I can spend the night sleeping next to. Writing and painting as that’s what I love doing. Creating and inspiring people, maybe also owning a few dogs and cats.
