I want to see you. It’s egoistical, it’s primal, it’s ugly, but that’s the way it is. Come on, let’s fuck, let’s not think about it. We’ll tear off skin, hair, clothes; we’ll rip each other apart like a packet of crisps and then let each other go. Lightly, without commitment, without grand declarations and serenades; we’ll hurt each other and forget each other. Don’t you want that? Don’t you want the dissonant clapping of the bodies against one another, the ungracious and febrile desire of ephemeral lovers; the artistic blur of the succession of flesh, the visceral desire that ignites suddenly like a match. Come, let’s destroy each other, just this once. We’ll close the door and draw the curtains, we’ll discover each other until we’re broken down to pieces. And afterwards? You can leave if you want, I won’t keep you here; I just wanted to see you that’s all, I’m looking for the catharsis. Aren’t you curious, after all this time—how long have you been waiting for this? Let yourself be seduced, it’s a sweet perdition. I promise you I don’t want anything else but you, just in time for a release and then you’re free to go. I want the nails and the teeth, the animal instinct that breaks like waves against the shore; the loss of all control, the absolute nihilism of summer nights.
I won’t speak of love, I won’t speak of tomorrows; just this once, just tonight, that’s all. Maybe I won’t see you again, and that’s fine by me. I’ll leave hollow and so will you; we’ll have given each other all there is to give, we won’t have anything else left to offer.
But first, come on, let’s ignite; let’s strip each other to the bone and then disappear.
