“It’s very much a millennial theme song giving props to women, and it makes you feel like a badass when you listen to it.”

Turn up the volume, get wild & reckless and enjoy the super-catchy, bass-heavy, gritty beats. “Making the Cleopatron video the goal was literally to just feel hella cute, hella confident and hella powerful. So I took 4 of my friends out to the desert and we did a whole bunch of probably illegal shooting and shot a bomb ass video. I like to say the aesthetic is 5 trap cowgirl queens lost in the Out-lands. Lots of skin. Lots of glow. Lots of power. Basically the Cleo clan is coming for ya.” tells the super talented 19-year old singer-songwriter and actress White Diamond White about the mesmerizing video for her song “Cleopatron”.

“It’s basically a song about feminine energy,
and how powerful we are. “

She continues to explain more about the idea behind the track: “I came up with the idea Cleopatron at a really interesting and “educational” time in my life. When you’re dating, you learn a lot about different types of people…but there was always one constant theme in every guy that liked me at the time. The fascination, and almost addiction (which is where the alcohol references come in), to my melanin. Especially in the guys that never had any experience with a black girl. It was an immediate fascination. It’s basically a song about feminine energy, and how powerful we are. So much so, that it creates an image of a goddess (that’s where cleopatra comes in). It’s very much a millennial theme song giving props to women, and it makes you feel like a badass when you listen to it.”

By the way, the young artist, who is a real eye-catcher thanks to her stunning looks, co-starred in the movie “Boo2! A Madea Halloween” and also the original one“Boo! A Madea Halloween”, which was #1 in its opening box office weekend. Besides that White keeps busy with appearing on other several shows and sitcoms such as “Fresh Off The Boat” and has upcoming guest star appearances on CBS’s primetime medical drama “Code Black”, and Netflix Original Series, “Dear White People”. Enjoy the video!
