Doors and Floors

I have always been fascinated when someone is able to control his or her body. And well, did you know what you can do with a door? In the latest C-Heads Exclusive Series photographed by Dennis Groß, the dancer and designer Jana Knorr celebrates stunning body control with creativity.

“When Dennis asked me to shoot a home story, we scouted for a big apartment in the heart of Hamburg and found a beautiful old flat in the second level with high walls and massive doors.” Jana tells. “Using these architectural highlights, we decided to shoot hanging from one of the doors, and crawling on the long floor. This apartment was the perfect chance to turn the idea of „doors and floors“ into reality.”
