Sian Ashleigh shot this super sweet and fun editorial in her favourite coffee shop, Seven Sins. And nothing could be better than the combination of a cup of coffee, good vibes and babe Sophia.

“I’ve been going to Seven Sins coffee shop for about a year or so and in that time made friends with the owner Gregg! He knows I am a photographer and we’ve discussed stuff we liked before and he said he’d love it if the shop became a place where creatives could just hang out and shoot or edit.” Sian explains. “Knowing the kind of work I shoot he was also cool with the idea of me eventually shooting a model in lingerie there too. Originally he was going to close up for an hour or so, so we could shoot, but it was a pretty busy customer day on the day of the shoot, so we just got on with it and shot with everyone around us.”

“I’ve worked with Sophia before on some studio portraits.” she continues. “She’s super fun and laid back and comfortable with herself – I knew she would be perfect for the editorial. She even changed her outfit several times in the coffee shop full of people.” she laughs. “The customers seemed like they didn’t know where to look at and tipping at the counter seemed to be good that day too. There was one odd comment about getting a girl to shoot lingerie in public but as long as Sophia was comfortable with everything then that´s all that mattered.” Hair and make-up done by Kate Benton.
