“The series was born out of no intension or rush, from a photo which looked like a road because of the lines our bodies draw and follow. Some people construct the skin in the photos as “a piece of dry land”, but the truth is, that in the heart of the series lies the freedom to take roads without a plan, as well as the often momentarily inspiration to see beauty without deep philosophical claims.” explains Bulgarian artist Antonia V. Baramova about her “Minimal Body Series”. “I started photography a few years ago as a hobby and soon after that my “road” took me to “Product Photography” which I’ve been practicing ever since. But I have always been fascinated by people, places, and moments. People and moments are our most precious gifts.”
