With this bold black and white, colour and polaroid series Maria Ferroni carries back our mind to one of our Italy holidays years ago, when we were sitting on the red tiled rooftops watching the world. “I was planning on doing a shoot in Italy this summer, but it turned out because of coronavirus it was very hard to organize something so I just ended up modeling for my own shoot and teaching my boyfriend how to use the cameras whilst I adjusted the settings. There’s a lot more creative freedom when you can model and shoot your own pictures with a little help, at the same time.”
