Italian-French twin sisters Stefania and Alessandra Papagni alias Analoghe created a sensual series infront and behind the camera for sustainable label HARA.
“We love to take intimate portraits of strangers. And we always appreciate the courage and confidence that our subjects share with their bodies, especially since they’re often people who’ve never posed before. We’re always looking for new faces and through our shots and our projects we want to convey the messages of acceptance for our own and others’ diversity. But we also want to highlight sustainable brands that make clothing with completely natural or recycled material. We usually do not stay in front of the lens but for this project we thought we’d be full-fledged ambassadors of this message, making us not only the photographers but also the subjects of these photos. We’ve always felt a little uncomfortable about our bodies because they’re not perfect, but after all which body is perfect?”
HARA is a clothing label consciously creating bamboo pieces that are soft, beautiful and sustainable.
