Photographer Cherokee Presley Neas is finally back on C-Heads. This time she teamed up with gorgeous Ava Brown and created art in at her grandma’s house in suburban Pennsylvania.
“I asked Ava, a model from Philadelphia that I already knew, to take a day trip with me to shoot these photos on a late Summer afternoon at my grandma’s house in suburban Pennsylvania. I’ve always been inspired by my grandma’s traditional East Coast Catholic decorating, and the fact that she has lived in the same house since she married my grandpa in the 1940s. It’s the house that my dad and all his siblings grew up in, and where I spent a lot of time as a child. I was excited to finally create something using this location that captured the dreamlike isolation that I always feel in the suburbs.”
