Brooklyn based photographer Scott Coniston teamed up with artist and model Cece Sprout to catch some rays of sunshine.

“A few weeks back, I flew down to Atlanta to surprise an old friend for his birthday. Following a decidedly disappointing “What are you doing here?” upon surprise, I quickly reached out to Cece while we were finally in the same city, after nearly two years of trying to shoot together. Fortunately, her response was far more welcoming, and we shot around my friend’s apartment for a few hours while the sun began to set. Her energy, laughter and warmth drove away every cloud in the sky, and by the end of the shoot, I swear even the sullen birthday boy had cracked a smile.”
