Tonique & Man, a French production and music duo, made their debut with the track “Running After Time,” which exuded a serious 80s vibe and showcased the great talent of the two artists, Jean Tonique and Mi Man. In the current music landscape, it’s challenging to stand out among the numerous new releases, but Tonique & Man have a certain quality that leaves listeners yearning for more. Finally, the duo follows up with their new single ‘You Make Me Feel So Good’, a perfectly produced feel-good track that ticks all the right boxes in the pop genre – fluffy beats, catchy vocals, and a hint of nostalgia that will undoubtedly put a smile on your face.
They say: “We are thrilled to introduce our new recipe, just in time for spring. This song is a ray of sunlight that will brighten your day the second you hit play. Full of bright and tasty harmonies, you’ll be struck by the disco combination of the funky guitar, the groovy bass and some falsetto vocals. This is the second single from our debut album ‘Opening Soon’ coming in September. From writing the first demo in Normandy to recording a full violin section in Ferber studios in Paris, we’ve polished this song to a concentrate of love and vitamin D delivered to your starving ears 24/7.”
Regarding the video, the band shares:“What better way to introduce our new single ‘You Make Me Feel So Good’ than to play it live in one of the best pizzeria of Paris. We teamed up with the Sauce Blanche collective to record a live version of the song while Antony from Ave Pizza Romana whips up a delicious pizza.”
