“The best thing you can do is accept and take care of yourself, and simply enjoy life.”
This guiding principle from Agata Sieramska sets the tone for our striking interview and photo series. Captured by the eye of Miron Chomacki, Agata’s photos radiate the energy and power of her personality, striking a balance between playful allure and captivating intensity.
Agata, could you share a defining moment in your career that affirmed your decision to pursue modeling?
I must admit, it’s difficult for me to single out one specific moment in my career as a model, especially now that I’m more focused on fitness and promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I’m grateful that I had the chance to start in the modeling business because it enabled me to gain recognition and learn a lot.
In a world where beauty standards are constantly changing, how do you define beauty for yourself?
To me, beauty is feeling good about the way you look. As you mentioned, standards are always changing and there is no point in chasing them. The best thing you can do is accept and take care of yourself, and simply enjoy life.
How do you handle the pressures and expectations that come with being in the public eye?
I’ve learned not to worry too much about what people might think of me. Of course, I’m aware that I’m in the public eye, and the easiest way to handle it is to act authentically and stay true to myself.
“I’m really into fitness; it gives me energy and helps me stay balanced and healthy.”
Has there been a particular photo shoot that pushed you outside your comfort zone, and how did you handle it?
Yes, it was my first professional photo shoot for a lingerie brand called God Save Queens, with pictures taken by Łukasz Ziętek. It was quite stressful because, obviously, I had to reveal more of my body than I was used to.
Outside of the spotlight, what brings you the most joy?
I’m really into fitness; it gives me energy and helps me stay balanced and healthy. I enjoy being active and trying new sports. I also love spending time with my friends and family, and learning to appreciate all the simple moments in life.
Where do you see yourself in around 10 years?
I hope that I’ll still be doing what I love the most, which is promoting fitness and a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I think I’ll still be following The 80/20 Principle, which works amazingly well for me. 80% of the time I work hard at the gym, I eat healthily, but 20% of the time I allow myself to enjoy life, eat pasta, and have fun. I also hope to start a family and have children by then.
