May Summer Never End

“One thinks that the summer may never end, just like all the beautiful moments.” This series, shot spontaneously one sunny afternoon, seeks to capture that exact feeling. Model Valery Starostina and photographer Vittoria Barbiero—two artists connected by their appreciation for beauty and light—find themselves reunited in the mesmerizing streets of Bologna, Italy.

“Valery and I planned this shoot on a whim, taking advantage of the beautiful Summer days that Italy provides. We decided everything the night before, very spontaneously even if we had been wanting to shoot together again for ages. This is the result of a sunny, beautiful afternoon spent roaming the streets of Bologna, la Dolce Vita style, hanging out with local grandpas at the outdoor cinema in piazza Maggiore.”
