We’re happy to present an interview and a stunning series of photographs spotlighting the natural beauty, Andrea. Photographed by Barcelona based Javier Fenoll, this images are captured in the scenic seaside town of Sitges, Spain.
Andrea, can you share a moment when you felt most loved?
I think one of the moments when I felt most loved was when my close friends gave me positive and loving feedback about myself and my personality.
What’s one life lesson you’ve learned that always stays with you?
“Luck” exists, but you have to pursue that luck and fight to fulfill your dreams.
What is your favorite photograph of yourself and why?
Honestly, any of the photos from this editorial. Javi manages to portray me in a very pure way. We have a beautiful connection working together, and he was able to capture my essence 100%. It sounds very romantic, but it is.
How do you think photography has changed the way we see beauty?
I think the industry is changing lately thanks to the new generations, which have a more real vision. I believe it attempts to portray different standards and beauties from a more versatile and imperfect perspective.
What inspired you to start a career in modeling?
The truth is that I’ve been in the industry my whole life; I started at the age of 7, and it was an impulse I felt within me. I asked my parents to let me work in this field. I guess I realized I had something inside me that needed to be expressed; I’ve always had a strong artistic inclination.
“I am very spontaneous, and I think that’s my strong point.”
How do you prepare for a photoshoot?
I try not to prepare anything and go with the flow of the situation. I am very spontaneous, and I think that’s my strong point. Nevertheless, I obviously try to take care of my appearance and stay fresh and healthy.
You also do styling for photoshoots, etc. How do you balance current fashion trends with your own personal style in your work?
I really like detecting trends, but I try not to follow them too closely. I think I have a well-developed imagination, and I let myself be guided by my intuition.
Where do you find inspiration for your styling concepts?
Maybe it’s very basic, but I follow my feelings and moods a lot to generate new ideas. Although it’s crucial to stay up-to-date with everything happening, anything can be a source of inspiration.
The most important thing in life is?
Feeling fulfilled and loved. Passion is the driving force of life.
