The year began anew for photographer Daniel Morres with a return to vibrant Cape Town. “I’m really grateful to be back and able to work here again. And I finally got to shoot with my friend Johanna, who I met here last year.” This time, under the golden kiss of the Cape Town sun, they knew they couldn’t let the opportunity slip away.
Johanna, with her sun-kissed skin and eyes mirroring the distant horizon, became the embodiment of summer itself. The light of Cape Town, ever a marvel, danced across the landscape. “The light in Cape Town never fails to amaze me. There is just something magical about this place!” he enthuses.
