Not every day is a “bad bitch” day, and perhaps, therein lies one of life’s most profound lessons: Learning to accept it, and not always expecting it, is key.
I find myself dancing around my room to my loud, favorite music, feeling incredibly creative and productive. In those moments, I’m so filled with joy I could kiss anyone, offer the world a big, warm hug. But then, it takes just one small thing to change everything. Suddenly, there are those days when I just want to sink into my bed and not get up, engulfed in a bit of sadness.
It’s a bit like the cyclical dance of the seasons, where the tender blooms of spring invariably follow the frosty silence of winter. Just as nature embraces this ebb and flow with grace, so too must we learn to welcome the fluctuation of our spirits. For in this acceptance lies our growth, our resilience, and our ability to find beauty in both the exuberance of our brightest days and the quiet introspection of the darker ones.
